Our Pallet Products
From recycled wood and plastic pallets to custom builds and handcrafted creations — we supply Arizona businesses with sustainable pallet solutions for every need and budget.

Why Businesses Trust Our Products
Every pallet that leaves our Goodyear facility has been inspected, graded, and quality-checked against NWPCA standards. We do not cut corners — because your freight depends on it.
Rigorous Inspection Process
Every pallet is visually and structurally inspected. We check for split boards, protruding nails, broken stringers, and dimensional accuracy before grading.
Industry-Standard Grading
Our Grade A, B, and C system follows NWPCA guidelines so you know exactly what you are getting. No surprises, no substandard loads.
Sustainable by Default
Over 85% of the pallets we sell are recycled or repaired. You reduce your carbon footprint and your costs at the same time.
Volume Pricing & Programs
From 50-pallet orders to ongoing programs with 10,000+ pallets per month, we offer tiered pricing that scales with your business.
How to Choose the Right Pallet
Selecting the right pallet is not just about price. The wrong pallet can damage your products, fail during transport, or cause costly delays at international borders. Use this guide to make the right choice.
1. Determine Your Load Weight
Calculate the total weight of your loaded pallet, including product, packaging, and the pallet itself. This determines whether you need a standard recycled wood pallet (up to 2,500 lbs dynamic), a heavy-duty plastic pallet (up to 5,000 lbs), or a custom-engineered solution (up to 10,000+ lbs). Always include a safety margin of at least 20% above your maximum expected load.
2. Identify Your Handling Method
How will the pallet be moved? Standard forklift, pallet jack, conveyor system, or automated guided vehicle (AGV)? Two-way entry pallets work for pallet jacks that approach from one side. Four-way entry pallets are essential for forklifts that need to approach from any direction. Automated systems require exact dimensional tolerances that plastic or custom pallets provide.
3. Consider Your Environment
Where will the pallet be used and stored? Indoor dry warehouse environments are suitable for any pallet type. Cold storage and freezers require plastic pallets that will not absorb moisture and crack. Outdoor storage needs weather-resistant options. Food processing environments demand FDA-compliant surfaces that can be washed and sanitized.
4. Evaluate Trip Count
How many times will the pallet be used? One-way export shipments favor low-cost Grade C wood pallets. Closed-loop systems where pallets return to your facility benefit from durable plastic pallets that last 50 to 100+ trips. The per-trip cost of a plastic pallet is often lower than wood when you factor in the total number of use cycles.
5. Check Compliance Requirements
Are you shipping internationally? ISPM-15 heat treatment is mandatory for wood pallets crossing borders. Are you in food or pharma? FDA-compliant plastic pallets may be required. Does your customer have specific pallet specifications? Major retailers like Walmart, Costco, and Amazon have pallet standards that suppliers must meet.
6. Calculate Total Cost of Ownership
Do not just compare purchase price. Factor in lifespan, repair costs, freight savings from lighter pallets, damage reduction, storage efficiency, and disposal or recycling costs. A $50 plastic pallet that lasts 100 trips costs $0.50 per trip. A $7 wood pallet that lasts 3 trips costs $2.33 per trip. For closed-loop operations, plastic often wins on total cost.

Construction & Building Materials
Oversized and heavy-duty pallets for lumber, drywall, roofing materials, concrete products, and steel. We build pallets rated for 5,000 to 10,000+ pounds with reinforced stringers and extra deck boards for maximum load distribution.
Aerospace & Defense
MIL-STD compliant pallets for defense contractors, military logistics, and aerospace manufacturers. Precision-built to exact government specifications with full documentation, heat treatment certification, and lot traceability.
The USA Pallet Recycle Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every pallet we sell. Our quality guarantee is not marketing fluff — it is a set of specific, measurable commitments backed by real action. Here is exactly what we promise.
100% Grade Accuracy
Every pallet is graded to NWPCA standards. If a pallet does not match the grade you ordered, we replace it at no charge. Grade A means Grade A — no exceptions, no gray areas.
Structural Integrity
We inspect every pallet for split boards, broken stringers, protruding nails, and dimensional accuracy. Pallets that fail inspection are pulled for repair or recycling — they never ship to customers.
ISPM-15 Compliance
When you order heat-treated pallets, every pallet carries a valid ISPM-15 stamp with our facility registration number. Our heat treatment process is audited annually by USDA-APHIS to ensure ongoing compliance.
On-Time Delivery
We commit to delivery windows and we hit them. For standard in-stock pallets, same-day or next-day delivery is typical. For custom builds, we provide production timelines and stick to them.
Damage Replacement
If pallets are damaged during our delivery, we replace them immediately at no cost. Simply notify our driver before signing the delivery receipt, or call us within 24 hours of delivery.
Volume Program Guarantee
For customers on recurring supply programs, we guarantee inventory availability. We reserve production capacity and maintain safety stock specifically for program customers so you never face a shortage.
Simple, Fast, Transparent Ordering
We have streamlined our ordering process to get pallets into your hands as quickly as possible. Here is how it works from first contact to delivery and beyond.
Request a Quote
Contact us by phone, email, or through our online form. Tell us the pallet type, size, grade, and quantity you need. If you are unsure, describe your application and we will recommend the best option. Quotes are typically returned within 2 hours during business hours.
Review & Approve
We send you a detailed quote with per-unit pricing, volume discounts, delivery fees (if applicable), and estimated availability. For custom pallets, this includes a design specification sheet. Review the quote and confirm your order by phone or email.
Production & Preparation
For in-stock items, your order is pulled and staged for pickup or delivery within hours. For custom builds, production begins immediately after approval. We send progress updates for larger custom orders and notify you when pallets are ready.
Quality Inspection
Every order goes through a final quality check before leaving our facility. We verify dimensions, grade accuracy, board integrity, and fastener quality. Heat-treated pallets are confirmed to have valid ISPM-15 stamps. Defective pallets are pulled and replaced.
Delivery or Pickup
Pick up from our Goodyear, AZ facility during business hours, or schedule delivery to your location. We deliver across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area with our own fleet. For large or recurring orders, we set up standing delivery schedules.
Ongoing Support
After delivery, we remain your partner. Need a recurring supply program? We set up automatic production and delivery schedules. Need pallets repaired or recycled? We offer pallet buyback and recycling programs. Our relationship does not end at the loading dock.
