Our Fleet — Loaded & Ready
Our Fleet

6 Vehicle Types Purpose-Built for Pallet Logistics

We operate a diverse fleet of trucks and trailers specifically configured for pallet transportation. Unlike general freight carriers, every vehicle in our fleet is designed to maximize pallet capacity, minimize load shifting, and ensure your pallets arrive in the same condition they left.

53-Foot Enclosed Trailer

Up to 500 pallets

Our workhorse for high-volume transportation. The enclosed design protects pallets from weather, road debris, and contamination during transit. Equipped with E-track tie-downs for secure loading and interior lighting for efficient nighttime loading and unloading. Air-ride suspension minimizes vibration and impact damage to pallets during transit.

Max Payload45,000 lb max payload
Best ForMaximum capacity hauls, long-distance delivery, weather-sensitive loads

48-Foot Flatbed Truck

Up to 400 pallets

Open flatbed configuration provides unrestricted access for loading and unloading from any side. Ideal for facilities with side-loading requirements or locations where dock access is limited. Equipped with stake pockets, strapping winches, and edge protectors. Pallets are secured with heavy-duty strapping and corner protectors to prevent shifting.

Max Payload42,000 lb max payload
Best ForLarge-volume pickups, open-access locations, crane loading

26-Foot Box Truck

Up to 200 pallets

Medium-duty box trucks bridge the gap between our larger trailers and smaller vehicles. The enclosed cargo area protects pallets during transit while the smaller footprint allows access to locations where tractor-trailers cannot navigate. Equipped with a hydraulic lift gate for ground-level loading at facilities without dock access.

Pickup Truck with Trailer

Up to 100 pallets

Our most versatile and maneuverable option for small-batch pickups and deliveries. The pickup truck with trailer combination can access virtually any location including residential neighborhoods, strip malls, and facilities with extremely limited space. Commonly used for rush orders, initial customer assessments, and overflow capacity during peak demand.

Roll-Off Container Truck

Up to 300 pallets (loose)

For large-scale recycling pickups where pallets are loose, broken, or mixed with other wood waste, our roll-off container trucks provide the most efficient solution. We drop a container at your location, you fill it at your pace, and we pick it up when it is full. Available in 20, 30, and 40 cubic yard sizes. Ideal for warehouse cleanouts, demolition projects, and facilities generating large volumes of unrepairable pallets.

Scheduling Options

4 Scheduling Options to Fit Your Business

We understand that every business operates on its own timeline. Choose the scheduling model that works best for your operation, or combine multiple options as your needs evolve.

On-Demand / One-Time Service

Schedule a single pickup or delivery whenever you need it. No contracts, no recurring commitments, no long-term obligations. Simply call or submit a request, and we schedule service within 48-72 hours for standard requests or within hours for rush orders. Perfect for project-based needs, first-time customers exploring our service, seasonal overflow situations, or businesses with unpredictable pallet volumes that do not lend themselves to a regular schedule.

  • No contract or commitment required
  • Service scheduled within 48-72 hours
  • Rush same-day service available
  • Pay per trip — no recurring fees
  • Ideal for trial runs and one-time projects

Weekly Scheduled Service

Set a recurring day and time for pickups and deliveries. Our team shows up like clockwork every week, so you can plan your dock operations around a consistent, predictable schedule. This is our most popular scheduling option for mid-to-high volume customers who need regular pallet circulation. Your dedicated driver learns your facility layout, your dock procedures, and your team's preferences, creating a seamless experience week after week.

  • Same day and time every week
  • Dedicated driver who knows your facility
  • Combined pickup and delivery in one trip
  • Route-optimized for efficiency and cost savings
  • Best option for consistent weekly volume

Bi-Weekly or Monthly Service

For lower-volume operations that do not generate enough pallet activity to justify weekly service, bi-weekly or monthly scheduling provides consistent pallet management without the overhead of weekly visits. Your pallets are picked up, delivered, or rotated on a set bi-weekly or monthly cadence. This option works well for smaller warehouses, retail locations, and businesses that accumulate pallets more slowly.

  • Lower frequency for lower-volume operations
  • Still provides consistent, scheduled service
  • Prevents pallet accumulation between visits
  • Cost-effective for smaller facilities
  • Can be upgraded to weekly as volume grows

Rush & Emergency Service

When the unexpected happens — a major order arrives early, your pallet supply runs out, or a production line is at risk of shutting down — our rush service delivers within hours. We maintain reserve fleet capacity specifically for emergency situations so that we can respond quickly when our customers need us most. Rush orders are dispatched immediately upon confirmation and given priority routing.

  • Response within 2-4 hours in primary service area
  • Dedicated dispatcher for real-time coordination
  • Available 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
  • 25% surcharge applies to rush service
  • Reserve fleet capacity for guaranteed availability

Damage-Free Transit

99.5% damage-free rate

Pallets are properly stacked, strapped, and secured for transit. We guarantee a 99.5% damage-free transit rate. Any transit damage is replaced or credited at our expense.

Loading & Unloading

Professional Loading & Unloading Procedures

Proper loading and unloading is critical to efficient pallet transportation. Our drivers and crew members follow standardized procedures that maximize load capacity, minimize transit damage, and ensure safe handling at every stage of the process.

All of our drivers are trained in OSHA-compliant material handling practices and are certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. We carry our own loading equipment when needed, so your facility does not need to provide anything beyond dock access. If dock access is not available, our trucks with lift gates enable ground-level loading and unloading.

During loading, pallets are stacked in interlocking patterns that maximize stability and minimize shifting during transit. Each stack is secured with heavy-duty strapping at multiple points. For flatbed loads, we add edge protectors and corner guards to prevent damage from strap tension. The load is inspected before departure and documented with a count that both parties sign off on.

Our Loading Standards

Pre-loading inspection of all pallets for safety hazards
Interlocking stack pattern for maximum stability during transit
Heavy-duty polyester strapping at minimum 3 points per stack
Edge protectors on all flatbed loads to prevent strap damage
Maximum stack height determined by vehicle type and pallet condition
Physical count at loading with signed receipt documentation
Load verification before departure to confirm secure fastening
Driver-assisted unloading at destination using forklift or pallet jack
Destination count verification with recipient sign-off
Post-delivery cleanup of any debris from loading/unloading area
Insurance & Liability

Technology

GPS Tracking & Real-Time Visibility

Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with GPS tracking that provides real-time location data to our dispatch team. This technology enables us to provide accurate ETAs, proactively communicate delays, and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.

For customers who want real-time visibility into their deliveries, we provide delivery status notifications via text message or email at key milestones: when your order is loaded, when the driver departs our facility, when the driver is within 30 minutes of your location, and when delivery is complete. You always know exactly where your pallets are and when to expect them.

GPS data also drives our route optimization system, which analyzes real-time traffic patterns, construction zones, and weather conditions to select the fastest, most fuel-efficient route for every delivery. This optimization reduces transit times, lowers fuel consumption, and minimizes our carbon footprint — savings we pass along to our customers through competitive delivery rates.

Route Optimization

Smart Route Planning

Our route optimization system considers multiple factors to create the most efficient delivery routes each day. Because we are hauling pallets in both directions — delivering purchases and picking up recyclables — we create round-trip routes that maximize vehicle utilization and minimize empty miles.

Multi-Stop Routing

Our system plans routes with multiple stops in geographic clusters, reducing total miles driven and fuel consumed per delivery.

Bi-Directional Loading

Vehicles deliver purchased pallets on outbound legs and pick up recyclable pallets on return legs, eliminating empty truck miles.

Real-Time Traffic Avoidance

GPS-integrated routing adjusts in real time to avoid traffic congestion, accidents, and road closures for on-time performance.

Time Window Matching

Delivery sequences are optimized to match each customer's preferred receiving window, reducing dock wait time.

Vehicle-to-Load Matching

The right-sized vehicle is assigned to each route based on total load requirements, preventing underutilization of large vehicles.

Environmental Responsibility

Fuel Efficiency & Emissions Reduction

Sustainability is not limited to pallet recycling — it extends to how we transport them. We actively invest in fuel efficiency and emissions reduction across our entire fleet.

18%

Fuel Reduction

Route optimization and bi-directional loading have reduced our fuel consumption per pallet delivered by 18% compared to three years ago.

35%

Fewer Empty Miles

By combining delivery and pickup on the same route, we have eliminated 35% of empty (deadhead) miles from our fleet operations.

EPA

SmartWay Practices

We follow EPA SmartWay best practices for fuel efficiency including speed management, idle reduction, and proper tire inflation protocols.

Annual

Emissions Reporting

We track and report our fleet emissions annually and set year-over-year reduction targets. This data is available for customers' scope 3 emissions reporting.

Emergency Service

Emergency & Rush Delivery Options

Supply chain disruptions do not follow a schedule. When you face an emergency pallet shortage that threatens production, a surprise large order that exhausts your inventory, or a last-minute shipping deadline that requires pallets immediately, our rush delivery program is designed to get you what you need as fast as physically possible.

We maintain dedicated reserve fleet capacity specifically for emergency situations. This means that even when our regular routes are fully scheduled, we have vehicles and drivers available to respond to urgent requests. Rush service is available Monday through Saturday, and after-hours emergency service can be arranged for critical situations.

Rush Service Details

Response Time

2-4 hours from confirmation for in-stock items within the primary service area. Extended area rush service typically adds 1-2 hours.

Availability

Monday through Saturday 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Sunday and after-hours emergency service available with 4-hour advance arrangement.

Pricing

Rush service carries a 25% surcharge over standard delivery rates. Emergency after-hours service carries a 50% surcharge. Volume discounts still apply to the pallet price.

What Qualifies as Rush

Any delivery or pickup that needs to happen within 24 hours of request. Standard service (48-72 hour scheduling) does not carry rush surcharges.

Dedicated Dispatcher

Rush orders are assigned a dedicated dispatcher who coordinates the entire process and provides real-time updates until delivery is confirmed complete.

Guaranteed Inventory

For rush delivery, we pull from our in-stock ready inventory. If the specific grade or size you need is not in stock, we communicate immediately and offer alternatives.
