Who We Are

USA Pallet Recycle is a referral service. Visitors use this site to request quotes for pallets and pallet services, and partner suppliers in our network prepare those quotes.

What the Form Collects

The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company name, street address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, the product or service you need, grade, quantity, timeframe, and any message you add. It also records the page you sent the form from and how you arrived at the site, such as a referring link or campaign tag.

How Your Request Is Used and Shared

We use what you submit to prepare your quote. Your request goes to the 1DB lead platform, which forwards it to partner suppliers so they can prepare a quote and contact you. Those suppliers handle your information under their own policies.

Text Messages

The form has an optional box for texts about your request. If you check it, you agree to be texted about that request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. Checking the box is not required to request a quote.

How Long We Keep It

We keep quote requests for as long as they are needed to handle your request and for normal business and legal records.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see how pages are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. Other visitors may receive an analytics cookie or similar storage from this site. The site sets no advertising cookies, and session recording is turned off.
